This policy applies to the VPNJK marketing website and user panel. It explains what information is processed to provide subscription services, why it is processed and how users can manage their data. Third-party payment pages are governed by the privacy policies of the relevant providers.
Account and Business Records
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNJK uses your username and password to identify your account, manage sign-ins and provide your subscription. The registration process does not require an email address. Any email address or other personal information you choose to share in a support ticket is used only to handle that request. Please do not submit personal information unrelated to the issue.
This service processes plan selections, order amounts, payment status, subscription status and cumulative data usage to verify payments, calculate remaining data, handle refunds and provide support. Support ticket content is used to investigate issues and document their resolution. Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources and entry points; they are handled separately from network connection activity.
No-Logs Policy
VPNJK does not record which websites users visit over international routes. We do not store browsing content, destination URLs or DNS queries, or retain connection logs that link an account to a destination website. Connection activity is not kept as a persistent history or used to build browsing profiles.
Session status needed to complete a connection is used only while the connection is being handled and is not retained as connection history afterward. Cumulative data figures used for billing do not include destinations. Sign-in status, order details and support tickets processed to protect account security are business records and should not be confused with network access logs. Website analytics cover the VPNJK website only.
Cookies and Local Storage
The user panel uses local storage to save sign-in credentials and essential interface preferences, maintain your authenticated session and remember your language choice. Website analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to recognize visit sessions on the site. They are not used to record activity on other websites accessed through this service.
You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings, or sign out of the panel. Clearing local storage may remove your sign-in status and preferences, requiring you to sign in again. Clearing browser data does not also delete server-side order or account records; submit a support ticket to request action on server-side data.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network. VPNJK receives the transaction identifier, amount and result needed to verify an order, and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. Public records on transaction networks are not controlled or deleted by VPNJK.
When handling payment disputes or refunds, or meeting legal obligations, we may provide necessary business records to the relevant payment provider or competent authority. Disclosures are limited to the specific purpose. We do not sell account information or provide network access records to advertisers. Please review the relevant third party's policies before proceeding to payment.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained for as long as the account remains active and as needed to provide the service. Order, refund and support ticket records are retained as required for settlement, dispute resolution and applicable laws. Website analytics are used for as long as needed for operational analysis, then deleted or aggregated once that purpose is complete. VPNJK does not set one retention period for all data; retention is assessed according to each data type's purpose and necessity.
You can request deletion of your account or related information through a support ticket in the panel. After verifying your identity, this service deletes data that is no longer necessary. Records that must be retained by law or to resolve outstanding matters will have their use restricted. Deleting your account may affect subscription access and access to historical records, so please resolve outstanding orders and save any receipts you need first.
Data Requests and Policy Updates
You can ask what data is associated with your account, request corrections to inaccurate information or raise concerns about the scope of processing. Sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to describe the type of request and the records involved. We ask only for information needed to verify the request, not your account password or full subscription details.
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to data processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Please refer to the current policy published on this page.
